Does a negative diagnosis change coverage?

So, for example: say I have nausea, extreme chest pain, dizziness, are light headed, and believe I am having a heart attack. If I go to the ER, but they end up ruling a heart attack out, does that change the coverage of the ER visit?

EDIT: WA state, 99362, age 30, $75,000
