Does being diagnosed with ADHD increase insurance costs? Would it go on my record as a pre-existing record at all? Does anyone know? What if I paid out of pocket, but I tried to get my insurance to cover my medication? I’m debating about getting diagnosed without insurance by paying out of pocket or with insurance. I’m not sure which is better for me in the long run, and I can’t seem to find any information on the subject matter.
