Does it make sense financially to get insurance just for a few studies?

I’m currently uninsured and have a few things going on that warrant doctor visits. The first is some sort of arrhythmia that I’m feeling and most likely will need to do an EKG. The other is a dermatologist visit for a skin issue and the other one is a back problem where I’ll probably need an MRI or maybe X-ray.

My income is 93k/year and was able to find an Oscar plan that has a $1,300 deductible with a $780 premium. The ones from the NY State marketplace have premiums around $600 and it seems like they extended the enrollment for the year until Aug 15. Does it make sense to get this plan now and cancel when I don’t need it anymore or just pay everything out of pocket?
