Employer gave 1 day notice that the plan was doubling in price and halving in benefits. [PA]

As the title states, tonight my employer sent out the health insurance plans for our plan year starting on Monday. They have doubled the price and also the deductible. I can’t imagine staying on the plan. BUT, I need to be able to research my options and possible enroll in a new plan. ( I pay the full price of my wife to be on the plan)

Can I do this somehow? I have tomorrow and then its the weekend.

Do I re-enroll and can I then go to a different plan? Is there an enrollment period for this? Can I cancel my plan within a certain period of time or am I screwed? It feels illegal that I have 1 day to figure this out.
