I enrolled in December via the health insurance marketplace. I followed the link from there to my insurance company (Ambetter) to make my first payment. The payment was accepted. A month later I still hadn’t received any documents, etc from them. I checked my email, on the day I made the payment I received about 10 emails from Ambetter of “payment confirmations” for payments made when I was with them previously in 2019. I called, they said they had no record of me and to contact the marketplace. I did, they said they would resend me information over to Ambetter and to wait 5-10 business days. It’s been 3 weeks and still Ambetter says they have no record of me. What are my options? Thanks in advance for any help.
