Finding out specific coverage before signing up for a plan

Posting for a friend:

She recently got a new job and aren’t signed up for health insurance yet. She is trying to find out which of the plans offers infertility coverage but the public plan documents, insurance call center, and HR are all saying they can’t provide much more info on that specific coverage unless the person inquiring is insured because coverage differs person to person etc etc.

how can she find out which plan offered by her employer offers coverage in this area easiest? NOTE: this is Aetna in the USA
