First time need advice

For 2021 I will be 22 and I will be paying for my own health insurance for the first time, I filled out the form on healthcare(.)gov and got a credit and have picked 2 plans that have a premium of $15 difference. I wanted a plan with dental included I live in South Carolina

Plan 1: Premium of $79.87,$0 Deductible, and a $1,400 out of pocket.

Plan 2: $95.69, $600 Deductible, and $600 Out of pocket

Seems to me if nothing major happens the first plan would be cheaper but if anything more serious occurs the 2nd one would be a better option. I don’t have any plans to go to the doctor or anything that I know of that needs to be treated so I don’t think I’ll be going to the doctor very often during the year. I’m not to sure of any more info I would need to include but this is the break down of each plan. I don’t have any dependents, no kids or anything just myself and my 2 jobs have no form of health insurance that I can get although 1 does have someone they go through that they get their health insurance plans through
