Just like the question “do you smoke”…for 2022 they will ask us about our vaccination status. What possible repercussions can there be from the employer if someone was to lie on a question like that? If you smoke and but you don’t smoke etc. Also when it comes to vaccination status. From a legal standpoint…the employer will be able to see employee responses…so is that legal? The discount/surcharge will obviously be visible on your paystub so supervisor/HR can easily see your responses
