The focus of this project was to provide a relevant user-experience that was true to the topic.
In The 4 Elements of Proof, narration is provided by a detective who informs users they will receive a “refresher” on the course topic. Key information and user instructions are shown in yellow and before presenting any instructional content, the user is asked if they prefer audio (narration).
*Simple choices like having or not having narration aim to put the user more in control of their experience.
The course proceeds to introduce the 4 elements as a click-to-reveal activity. Once complete, the user proceeds to check the informative voice messages to evaluate how the message details might constitute as proof, as it relates to the 4 elements.
The course closes to conclude that though some elements were satisfied in the course, ALL elements must be addressed to build a strong argument/legal case.
