Went to Costco today prepared to pay $25/person for flumist. Kaiser doesn’t have it at their offices. The tech encouraged me to give her our medical record numbers and it surprise – they were covered! You can get flumist if you’re age 2-49 and in good health, including if you’re pregnant (per their website but obviously check with your doctor first)! This is good for those of us who hate shots!
