Hello, so my parents took me off their Insurance back in March. So I didn’t have insurance until today. So I was uninsured for several months. In California I can get penalized when I do my taxes for not having health insurance and I saw that one of the exemptions that doesn’t require proof is if you were homeless or experienced domestic violence. I also want to add that I work during the summer at a seasonal job and therefore qualify for unemployment once the season ends, does anyone know if that can help me be exempt?
