Long story short… M 40 yrs in NY/ Nose is messed up Snoring and have sever sleep apneia from a test done years ago and rarely do i have a clear passage.. Pretty sure its been broken when i was younger once or twice. What’s the best way (cost effective) to get a procedure like this ? Use insurance or not? Sorry feel quite ignorant in this field and would appreciate some direction. Thank you for your time.
