I have an official looking letter in the mail to me from Kaiser Permanente Accounts Payable. (I used them as my insurance in 2018.) I have the Informed Delivery app on my phone so I could see it was coming, but the letter is not in the physical mail so I’m not sure what this is and have had to mark the mail as missing.
Kaiser’s Accounts Payable dept is not answering their phones due to COVID. And I’m not sure what this is. It looks like they think I’m a provider setting up an account and need to send them invoices. What?
