HDHP VS EPO

Which plan should I go with?

HDHP w/ HSA Yearly premium: $965 Annual deductible: $1500 Co-Insurance: 80% covered Out of Pocket Max: $4,500 HSA: $500 employee contributions

EPO

Yearly Premium: $1,031 Annual deductible: $350 Co-Insurance: 80% covered Out of Pocket Max: $3,350

For context, im currently on an EPO plan and it has worked out well as I go to therapy once a week. My therapy bills without insurance are estimated ~250 per week. Additionally, my company does contribute an automatic $500 to my HSA. If I was to go with the HSA plan, I’d try to max it out to the contribution limit. Given the recurrent nature of me going to see a therapist / specialist, is it a safer bet to just stick with the EPO plan?
