I applied and it gave me this statement ” You’re not eligible for advance payments of the premium tax credit, based on how your yearly household income ($12,486.00) compares to the federal poverty level. You don’t qualify for Medicaid or CHIP because you don’t meet the current criteria in your state.”
I thought the federal poverty line was $12,880. What might have I done wrong to not recieve the tax credit?
