I want to get my parents health insurance and we moved to the U.S. 4 years ago. We have never had health insurance and I have no idea how it works. Can someone explain the basics to me such as detuctibles and such? Also do you have any recommendations on some cheap insurance that will cover at least basic testing for them? Thank you.
