Health Insurance Premium Question?

I recently took a job for overpowering good reasons but I’m taking a hit on the insurance coverage associated with my benefit package. I was reviewing the cheapest health insurance plan to opt into and it has a $185 monthly premium. It’s not in my head that this is terrible coverage right? My current job had only $26 deducted from my check for insurance that shows the same deductable for my new insurence (which is 3k) so it’s not like it’s better I think my new company just is weaker in covering more . This 185 premium makes my bi weekly check have 92.50 deducted. My new situation & pay truly over power this and I can take it worst case but I really want to opt out and possibly get my own. Im in my twenties, healthy, & single, no kids so just covering myself. Any advice? I am in Colorado. This is very confusing when comparing online. Is 185 insane or no? Can I do better?
