Healthcare.gov plans not offering ANYTHING in-network?

Ok so I’m about to freak out. I’m a 27M that will claim $18k under self-employment taxes in 2022. For my 2022 healthcare.gov plan, I chose $19k for my estimated income that I’ll make in 2022 just for myself on the plan…

The problem: For some bizzare reason…every health plan from bronze to platinum under the $19k I put down does NOT COVER any (of the 3 major general hospitals) within my area in Delaware…under the 2022 plan I chose (my Blue Access PPO – BCBS), all 3 general hospital near me within Delaware would be Out of Network pretty much.

BCBS is the only insurance provider within DE on the marketplace…the current plan I have now with them in 2021… a (Shared Cost Blue EPO)…it’s a silver plan…everything was covered beautifully/in-network after I paid the 1st month’s premium, no problem very smooth transition…now that plan is being discontinued into 2022…and I’m running into this….will I have to talk with an individual health insurance broker or get direct coverage directly from BCBS off the Obamacare marketplace since I’ve run into this issue? Should I double check with the healthcare.gov reps?
