Right now I have a job with salary and benefits, but later this year I plan to leave to become full time freelance. I expect a drop in my pay for the first year while I build up my client list from about 75k/year to about 45k for the first year, so from not qualifying for a subsidy, to qualifying for a subsidy in my state.
Since I will be switching mid-year, will my old salary be used to determine whether or not I get a subsidy? Or am I allowed to enter my expected inome going forward
