Ever since they extended the open enrollment period months ago I’ve been constantly logging in and trying to get insured. I’ve deleted and redone my application multiple times but whenever I get to actually picking a plan it takes me to a screen that says “you don’t qualify for a special enrollment period at this time.”
I thought that things were open until august 15th (which is almost here ugh) and I’m so confused on what to do. Whenever I reached out by email to an agent they eventually just stopped replying.
I really don’t understand why it won’t let me choose a plan and I don’t know what else to try.
