Hi Everyone!
Sorry for formatting, I’m on mobile! I’m hoping to get some advice on this as I have no idea how to proceed. A few months ago I had to take a covid test bc I was exposed at work. I had always gone to my county’s testing site because it was free and convenient. Flash forward to now, I was looking through my healthcare app trying to find a primary doctor (which is also way harder than I thought it would be, but I digress) and I saw that there were a few “recent claims” that I had not received any sort of notification for through mail, phone, or email. The lab used for the covid test is going to charge me about $320 and that money can’t just be pulled from thin air. The other charge was from a different medical appointment that didn’t tell me i would be charged, even though I asked before I left. How can I resolve this? I am mildly panicking 😅
