Help I’m trying to cancel my current policy.

I’m trying to cancel my current policy with bcbs. I was going to renew with them, but their customer service was extremely rude a couple of months ago and unhelpful when I called to ask a question about coverage, so that put me off of them. I am currently still a paying member and am keeping my dental thru them so I will still be a bcbs member. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them to cancel and they keep transferring me to sales. One guy laughed and said yeah we make it hard for you to cancel. Today my agent called me to go over my benefits for next year and I said I am keeping my dental, but went with a new plan for insurance and asked if he could point me in the right direction…he hung up on me. How am I supposed to cancel my policy?!? When I had a different company in the past, it was super easy, they just emailed me a form that I needed to sign and send back. I cant seem to find that form anywhere for bcbs and I am literally losing my mind dealing with them. Any help would be appreciated. I dont think this is needed, but to follow the community guidelines I am 28 female living in zipcode 33458, currently no income, but I pay out of pocket for my plans using my savings from when I was employed.
