As the title says she’s out of my parents insurance. My job is offering insurance and I am trying to fully understand them.

The basic plan is 177$ per month and the silver is 436$ per month.
I am just wondering for basic urgent care is covered 100% so that means I’d go to a stand alone clinic like convenient MD or something? And all lab work there would be covered but X-rays and US and MRI would not no matter what?
2) what does covered at 100% of allowed benefit mean?
3) for the silver plan it says for a specialist visit: 50$ do pay after deductible then plan pays 100%. Does then mean I continue to pay my 466$ monthly (I know this doesn’t go towards my deductible) and pay 100% of all my bills until I reach my deductible then the plan pays 100% and I pay the 50$ co pay?
5) I currently do not have any health care issues but I will need to go to a specialist or not my PCP for my annual Pap smears and I am going to ask for some type of anxiety medication. Will that be covered the anxiety medication (not sure if it falls under mental health).
4) also wondering for the basic plan if I were to get lab work done at my PCP appointment would that be covered?
Thanks I’m advance!!
