Long story short, I live in NJ and went to the cardiologist and I need to be put on a 14 day cardiac event monitor. Unfortunately the company he uses is out of network and will cost me 700 dollars! that’s way too much especially for 2 weeks. This prompted me to call my insurance to possibly help me find an in network solution. Well they gave me a huge list of Medical equipment Providers and most of them deal with cpaps etc. not heart event monitors and they cant narrow it down for me… of course. Is there any other possible way I can go about this?
