So thanks to the American Rescue Plan my insurance is now $1.00. But when I checked my account online have to pay the full amount. When I called my insurance the first time the person said I have to pay the full amount and next month is $1.00. And the second time I call a different person say don’t pay for this month and I was able get refund because for some reason. I am confuse. I have Kaiser Permanente if that help.
