I had surgery last year on August 28th with Anthem insurance. I received all my bills over the next 2 months, and have paid them all off. A month ago I received another charge at my hospital account for this surgery saying insurance “just processed it”. This would be 15 months post procedure.
Is it common to get charged this far after a surgery? My insurance changed after the new year last year, so it’s been awful getting in contact with Anthem without an account.
