I had to go to ED two weeks ago and had to get an urgent EGD done. The GI doctor took biopsies -did not receive results yet. The GI doctor is out of my network and they just called to schedule a follow up hospital visit. Is this included in my hospital fees or would I be paying out of pocket for this? Thanks
