I have gender dysphoria, and I’m going to be transitioning soon. I’ve heard from a few different sources now that Kaiser Permanente is the most trans-friendly insurance provider (please correct me if I’m wrong). As it happens, I’m going to be hunting for a new job soon, so I’d like to focus my search on companies offering Kaiser insurance plans. Is there a database I can use to find which employers offer Kaiser in my area? Or do I have to call individual employers to inquire about their plans? Any advice is appreciated.
(I’m insurance-illiterate, so I’m not sure I used the correct flair.)
Edit: The bot says I should add my state. I’ll be living and working in Oregon.
