how do you list your healthcare expense when using an HSA that has low premiums but a high OOP limit for divorce?

getting divorced, have 2 kids and have hit the out of pocket max every year since they were born, and expect to for a long time, but its still cheaper than the redic premiums for a POS plan. my HSA OOPmax is $8k.

im trying to figure out how to list the healthcare expenses to reflect premiums, + my HSA contributions + the company HSA contributions if applicable.

My basic medical premium is $61(bi weekly)

I then contribute $202 bi weekly into the HSA($5250) and the co. adds $1950 to reach the $7200 limit

since im keeping the kids on my plan is my bi weekly medical premium just $61, or is it the full $263 since we’re dealing with an HSA?

taking it 1 step further, im guessing when the divorce is finalized we will come to an agreement on how to pay child medical expenses, assuming 60/40. if the 1st bill for a child comes in for $8k and im responsible for 60%, does that mean my wife needs to pay her 40%, but i can still contribute 7200 into the HSA for the year? im not really motivated to contact HR and im pretty sure theyre not going to have anything helpful to provide.
