I’m going to start professional school this fall. I currently work full time and have Kaiser. Obviously once I quit late July/early August I won’t have my health insurance through work anymore.
However, my school will be asking me for proof of insurance. The school insurance is too expensive. I just need insurance for the sake of having it (I’m young and healthy). I’m low income so I was thinking of looking into applying through Covered California.
How soon can I start applying for health insurance to begin in late July/early August?
