I elected Cobra coverage on 4/27, and my health insurance STILL hasn’t been reactivated. The Cobra plan administrator misrepresented the date that my subsidy would be applied. Then, they told me it would take 7-10 business days from the date the subsidy was applied for BCBS to reactivate coverage. It’s been more than that. I can’t find anything regarding when it should be reactivated, just the deadlines for notices, etc.
I know it’s retroactive, but seeking reimbursement is a pain.
