I live in a large family, and my mail somehow got lost and did not reach me until now. Apparently, I got a bill from Quest, which makes no sense, it should have been covered by my insurance. One of the bills is from summer. One is from now. The one from summer went to collections, but can I still get insurance involved. it looks like for some reason my insurance was not connected to Quest.
