I turned 26 at the beginning of the month so I’m losing my parent’s coverage on the 31st. I tried to elect benefits through my work, but it says in order for it to be processed I need document proof of loss of coverage. Do I have to call the insurance company for this? I looked online but couldn’t find anything, although it’s definitely possibly I’m completely missing it..
