I need to go seek mental health help due to family abuse. Unfortunately, the one who has the health insurance card/info (my father), is the one who has caused the trauma. Is there any way I can get a copy of the card, or even see if and where I am covered to go seek help without contacting him? My mother is deceased so contacting her isn’t an option. I also have no contact with any other family members. Any advice would greatly help.
