this is for UHC, my options are :
HSA with 2800 deductible/3500 OOP max, employer contributes 1400 a year
PPO – 30 out of pocket a month (employer contributes 700/month) w/ 1k deductible, 5k out of pocket max (10% coinsurance after deductible) .
so provided i need no care beyond preventative care I’m coming out like +1700 dollars ish by choosing the HSA (plus the ability to contribute another 1.8k to the HSA), this seems like a good deal right?
the issue is, I don’t know what a specialist visit will cost. Like, before it was a 40 dollar copay right? what is it without the copay? how do I find that out?
