Hi everyone. I currently have a plan thru CoveredCa with anthem. It looks like the medical group I’m in is only contracted with one specific small lab that does not offer online access to lab results. It would be easier for myself and my doctor to have this feature as I’m currently in the middle of having chemo and labs need to be run on a precise schedule. Anthem itself does cover other labs, just not the medical group. Does anyone know if there’s a way to appeal this so that i may get the labs with online access? My doctor has offered to write a letter on my behalf but I’m not sure how to start
