I need help deciphering my employers healthcare options.

One: $5000 (PPO w/HSA) $52 a month ($25 a pay period) other: $2000 (PPO w/FSA) $254 a month ($127 a pay period)

I am so fucking confused. Does that mean I’ll still get prescriptions at a low cost if I choose the low plan? I get the deductible part but I don’t understand the rest. They have no other information for me to look at.

Will I have a copay with a doctor? My last employer provided us with a big packet that had all that info. my new one did not.
