I realize this may only be insurance related but I need help!! I had some work done at the dentist and paid almost $700 at the office, before the insurance claim was actually processed. When I got my EOB (Cigna), it said my responsibility was around $300. I called the office and the receptionist went through a list of charges that were completely different from what Cigna has on the EOB. She said she would cut me a check for $100. These aren’t exact amounts, but you get the idea. They owe me $400 total! What the hell do I do!!!
