I still can’t make an appointment through Medi-Cal after moving?

I’m twenty, never taught about how to navigate this growing up, and very ill, so bear with me. I got Medi-Cal around August, and I enrolled in Anthem Managed Care. Shortly after this, I moved places. It took me a long time to get Anthem to send me a card with my new PCP (though on the website, my address is still the original address, just the PCP changed), then I was told to wait while the change happened on their end when I tried to make an appointment with my new PCP. I waited until November 1 then called again. I was told my address still reflected my original residence where I used to live when I applied for the insurance (I’m assuming, the person on the phone was very unhelpful). My PCP has been changed through Anthem Managed Care already, so I’m not sure what the issue is. Is my Medi-Cal enrollment only for my old residence? I don’t even know who to call or email to find out because nothing was ever explained to me when I applied. I’ve sent many messages through Anthem’s secure messaging feature, but they literally never reply to me.
