I switched doctors for college & need some help

Hello! Due to COVID I had to switch my primary care physician from where I was attending college to my current home address. My “college doctor” prescribed me birth control while I was up in college, and I assumed my “home doctor” would still prescribe me the same medication. I recently ran out of refills which were under my college doctor’s name, but my home doctor only gave me 1 pack with no refills (and I’ve usually been getting 3 packs with 3 refills from my college doctor). I got a call from my college doctor saying they saw I needed a renewal for my medication, and I was wondering am I still able to receive that prescription even though she is no longer my primary care physician?
