Just like my title says. I went to a dentist that is recommended by my insurance. In the app that my insurance provides it says that the dentist is in network. I went to them over a month ago and now I am receiving claims that says I owe $1500. The claim also says that this dentist is out of network. I just checked and the app still says they are in network. I called them two weeks ago to have them fix this they just sent me a new claim that still says the doctor is out of network and I owe $1500.
What should I do now?
Is this common?
How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
