I(21) moved back in with my parents

So, I’m in Kansas and until 18 I was on Kancare, and my parents never moved me to their plan, so I got my own insurance through the marketplace until now, I an unemployed and moved back in with my folks, and since I have no taxable income I can no longer buy through the marketplace. Is needing to add a dependent a life change that they can use to get a special enrollment period?

I’m in the 66542 zipcode, my parents make too much for marketplace plans, my dad works for a college and they’re on BCBSKS

I’m trans and need to have insurance to afford my endocrinology appointments and medication. It’s a long story as to why this is so short notice, with enrollment ending tomorrow, but I need insurance.
