Idk what I’m doing but any suggestions are more than welcome (Texas Resident)

So I’m turning 26 in February and have to get off my father’s health insurance. So far, I’ve been quoted $244 or more at the ACA marketplace and for local health insurance options like Baylor Scott & White. I’m healthy, have no issues, and really would just like to see a therapist and if possible, stay with my OBGYN, as I really like her. I also use birth control. I cannot afford $244 or more unfortunately due to being unemployed from COVID (hoping that turns around quickly, as I’ve been in a lot of interviews lately, thankfully). I’m a little confused why I’m being charged so much anyway. I’ve tried calling Humana but was told they only deal with seniors and employers. Not sure what to do or where I’m going wrong. If I could not sure if this is possible but if I COULD have a plan where I can be covered if I move out of Texas (no plans now esp with covid but in the future) and get teeth cleaning once a year, that would be nice. But I don’t know if I can have this luxury. I make too much to get tax credits also, apparently.
