If my insurance company made a mistake in 2020 and declared that I met my max out pocket incorrectly, can I be billed or held responsible if they realize their mistake?

I have very expensive meds, and at the beginning of 2020 when I filled one of these expensive meds, they recorded that not only did I meet my deductible but also met the out of pocket max. Didn’t happen in 2019 nor 2021, so if it was a mistake in 2020 could I be on the hook for the money if they realize?
