If you do a hobby (such as MMA for example) and you hurt yourself in that gym. Will insurance companies not try to deny treating the your medical condition and say it’s the gym’s responsibility to pay for the injury?

So if you do a hobby such as MMA for instance, and you get hurt in that gym (but you signed a waiver saying that the gym is not liable for your injuries if you sustain an injury in this gym) will health insurance companies deny treating your injury if such an event were to occur? Would this just turn into one big legal battle with each party pointing the finger at the other party saying that they are responsible to treat your injury? I’m just wondering how that works. I do boxing as a hobby and have not been injured there yet, but if such an event were to occur, would health insurance companies still pay to treat my injury?
