Independent daughter pregnant while on family HDHP.

My daughter has been independent, living on her own for a few years now. She is still on our health insurance because her current employer doesn’t offer employer provided health coverage. For this year I switched to a HDHP through my employer and fully funded my HSA for the year. Mid January, we found out that or daughter was pregnant. Since she is no longer considered a dependent, I can’t use our HSA funds for her. Would it be better to switch back to an employer provided, low deductible, higher premium, health plan since this is a Qualifying Life Event to help with some of the bills she plans to pay? Has anyone been in this situation?
