I’m in Florida. I had Oscar insurance this year, I like it fine but I barely used it due to covid so I can’t really say if it was “good” or not. I’m picking a new plan for 2021 and I don’t know if I should stick with Oscar for $56 a month, $0 detuctible but $8k out of pocket max. Go with Molina for $5 a month same parameters as Oscar but double the price for doctor’s/specialist visit, x ray etc… Or go with Florida Blue that is $72 a month with an out of pocket max of 2k and same cost (roughly) for doctor’s visit as Oscar. I’m unemployed and I don’t know if I’ll get my job back or not next year. I don’t think I’ll make more than 20k next year if I do find a job in a timely manner. I’d LIKE to go to a derm for acne, primary care doctor for a check-up/blood work get my health in order, see an obgyn for the first time, see a therapist for stress but I don’t know how realistic any of that is.
