Insurance options – losing benefits

I need help deciding what to do regarding health insurance. I’m an RN living in OH. I work full time but I’m going to have to cut my hours back and work on an as needed basis (PRN). Long story short, my father has a terminal illness and needs around the clock care that hospice can’t provide. I have been on FMLA for the last couple of months to care for him, working intermittently. However, my FMLA won’t last forever and I can’t go back to working full time (including mandatory OT) while continuing to care for my dad. Some additional info:

-I am married (husband makes around 40K annually) his job does not offer benefits. The reduction in my hours will make us ineligible for benefits.

-Cutting my hours will reduce my monthly income from 4K to 1K (not including my husband’s income). Together our monthly income will decrease from roughly 7K to 4K.

So my question is this.. what are my options? Do I even have any options? We need insurance but I don’t know what to do in our current situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I am 26 and my husband is 27
