Is prenatal care (office visits, testing, ultrasounds) considered preventative care under ACA?

I had insurance through my job but left a week before I found out I’m pregnant. Coverage ends at the end of the month and my new job’s coverage starts in May. I got fidelis through the marketplace so I’m covered Feb-April.

According to fidelis, preventative care is covered with no cost sharing, but then there is a smaller section that says pregnant women have to pay a $35 copay after deductible. Does that mean prenatal care is considered a specialist visit? (Edited to say that it does not say prenatal care, just “if you’re pregnant” and the $35 copay)

I’m just trying to figure out what I’m looking at with this insurance. I feel like I’m better off being uninsured so I can at least save on premiums. I’m only using it for 3 months so I’ll never make the full deductible.
