Two weeks ago I had IUD placed and PAP test done. All the same day. Well Pap test results came back indicating I need some surgical intervention. And of course this intervention requires me to remove already placed IUD with an option of place a new one back in after the surgical intervention.
Do insurance cover IUD placement two times a year?
